Hi, Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables. Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks. Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss. Thanks.

Dear health seeker Deepa, If there is any treatment for Parkinson's, it is only the Divine science of nature cure which we are a devotee and hundreds of thousands of patients of chronic and degenerative diseases have been restored back to health. You will also be restored back to health provided you follow the eternal laws of nature governing our organism. It may take quite some time of say six to 18 months for a radical recovery and during this period your mother will have to live a life based on eternal laws of nature, you may follow as under:- Any chronic patient has to live exclusively on a live diet of vegetables raw and conservatively cooked without oil spices and condiments and fruits 1. Initially cut down on all cereals and start consuming sweet fruits and vegetables raw and cooked to the extent of 80% and rest from beans and a very small amount of cereals. 2. Bask in the early morning sun for 30 minutes for the first week thereafter increase the time up to 60 minutes gradually. This is very very important follow it up by spinal bath for 20 minutes for the first week and the timing should be increased up to 30 minutes. This is a major hydrotherapeutic application and a must to tone up the nervous systems which is in a very poor state for the patient of Parkinson's. 3. Needless to mention that avoid totally all enervating, devitalising foodless foods like tea, coffee, cola, sugar, fried, preserved, processed foods, animal products, eggs, flesh foods, soybeans and its products, daal also. 4. Plug the holes which are a drag on the vitality of your mother, she must not watch TV for long spells. All other health issues, even multiple diseases will be taken care of. In pure nature cure, we believe that there is no disease and only diminished level of health which can be reversed back to health, as such all other diseases symptoms will no longer be there. Mental poise is very important for that say your prayers honestly listen to good music, engage in positive physical activity and you will be healthy again. 5. Feel free to revert for further advice Wishing your mother all the health. V.S.Pawar Member Indian institute of natural therapeutics 1980.

Dr. Khushbu Suthar

It is the mixture of diet and exercise which will make you thin to fit. It is time to include lots of things in your daily routine so that not only your muscle starts building but your flexibility of the body improves. A healthy plant-based diet includes a lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits, seeds and minerals which helps you in muscle building with a lot of fruits. Have a good amount of water together and include sweet potatoes, beetroot and legumes which are again sources of vitamins and minerals. Then it is time to make exercise in your routine like suryanamaskar, squats and pushups to bring toning in the muscles. This will help you for sure. Thank you
Hi I am having hypothyroid, hormonal imbalance and weight gain, give me guidance to control health issues and weight. Can you help?
Anju Chhabra
12:27 PM | 30-10-2019
Hi, All your health issues are related to hormonal imbalance. To manage these lets take a quick understanding of the process. When the body is under stress the complete biochemistry of hormones change. This in turn impacts your food choices, moods, inflammation in the body and immunity. Our body releases stress hormones to cope up with the environmental conditions. These stress hormones inturn impact the functioning of various other organs. When the body is under prolonged stress it releases cortisol. This signals the body to alter the metabolic rate. Therefore you tend to put on weight. Your thyroid functioning is mostly connected to your gut. There may be vitamin and mineral deficiencies and unhealthy eating habits which cause this disturbance. It is extremely important that you must consider making the following lifestyle changes Increase the intake of raw fruits and raw vegetables. These contain the essential micronutrients required by the body and helps in healing your gut. Avoid wheat. Also avoid all packed, processed and sugary, oily and animal foods including dairy. These foods aggravate the inflammation of your gut. Expose your self to sunshine. Sunlight helps the body absorb vitamin D and this helps in various metabolic pathways. Proper rest and sleep are vital. Also include physical activity. These release "happy hormones" which help the body to heal and repair. Also you could read the blog to help you understand better. Hypo or hyper thyroid correct imbalance naturally You could also take help from a natural health coach in this regard. Know more about our Nature Nurtures program Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Regards

A fully grown adult living a normal life requires 3 to 5% of protein daily. This is about four almonds, three walnuts and 30 grams of sprouts. Protein loss is a myth. No medication or any other supplement is required. With the mushrooming of Gym and exercise centres, the protein myth is made use by the owners to entice customers to sell protein shakes. In fact these shakes are hazardous to health.

04:58 PM | 11-06-2021
Hello Bhawan, Mental health is equally important just like our physical health for a healthy body. Tension and headache are inter-related. The reason for all the health problems is the accumulation of toxins in the body which is due to the consumption of high fatty foods, high-stress levels and the wrong lifestyle. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, you can achieve good mental and physical health. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, lemon, amla, etc. Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients. Have a fibre-rich diet. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Also, drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. This will help in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool, so that, it can be removed easily from the body. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Doing exercise or yoga daily will help to improve the blood circulation in the body and also to improve the metabolism of the body. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Do suryanamaskar daily. Perform paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Sleeping is important to maintain the circadian rhythm, it also maintains our metabolism and reduces stress levels. Therefore, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Read books before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

Hello Krishna, Eye health greatly depends on our diet, lifestyle and sleeping pattern. Using excessive electronic equipments like computer, laptops, TV, etc, pollution, dust and stress may lead to eye problems. For healthy eyes, some lifestyle and dietary changes are necessary. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. This will help to remove the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have lemon juice or orange or amla. Have soaked nuts, dry fruits and sprouts to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Have carrots, fresh green leafy vegetables like spinach and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Habits Put gulab jal in your eyes. Wash the eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Make a habit of doing exercise or yoga daily. Perform ardha shirsha asana, parvat asana as they will improve the blood circulation. Avoid excessive use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, tv, computers, etc. Walk barefoot on grass early in the morning. Soak sunrays early in the morning. Sleep Lack of sleep and stress may cause eye issues like burning, itching. Hence, have a proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Instead of using any electronic pieces of equipment, read books before sleeping. This will improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

I need some suggestions on how to maintain good vaginal health and how to choose size of the menstrual cup?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
08:01 PM | 29-04-2020
Hello User, Your vaginal health is not limited to cleaning your vagina twice with warm water daily but also helps in reflecting your whole body's nutritive status. The disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will be healthy with a healthy vagina. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Information about menstrual cups: Small Size -For First Time Cup Users & Teenagers Cup Details, Diameter - 42mm Height - 63mm Volume around 15ml. Moderate Size - For Women with Normal Flow or those with C section delivery, Diameter - 46mm Height - 68mm Volume around 20ml. Large Size - For Women with heavy Flow or the who have had Vaginal Delivery, Diameter - 49mm Height - 75mm Volume around 30ml Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in regularising menstrual cycle to give out an adequate amount of blood during that phase. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated. Include one fruit like apple, papaya ora banana a day to have a healthy GUT. You can also have cinnamon water, empty stomach as it helps in insulin sensitivity. Insulin sensitivity helps us in treating menstrual issues if you have any. Clean your vagina thrice a day especially after coming from out with warm water and keep the area dry as much as possible. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with the other leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body, helping us to gain back our normal hormone cycle. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing, this will help in treating stress. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.
