Dear health seeker Nidhita, Every disease symptom is nothing more than a lower level of health, one has drawn heavy amounts of vitality from the reserve, the blood supply has been laid down with toxins and that the same poor quality of blood adulterates the brain and the patient gets the depressed state of health, but rest assured that Mother Nature has the power to reverse all diseases. I have categorically written a blog on depression, anxiety please go through it Thanks V.S.Pawar

Namaste Surinder Kaur All these issues you are suffering from has only one reason. And that is toxaemia or toxins in your body. How did that happen? It’s from years and years of suppressing your body’s attempts at removing toxins through simple issues like fevers coughs or colds. As you went on suppressing the toxins went on taking up new spaces in your body acquiring new names. And now you call them diabetes, sinus etc. But ultimately it is all the same.... toxins. Now how to get rid of the toxins. The path you chose was surgery... removing organs and taking medicines religiously for years. But that hasn’t worked. The issues are still there and look like a new one keeps adding on once in a while. So let’s look at why that has happened? You have been trying to clear the symptoms and never tried to remove the causes at all. Once you start removing the causes and adding on certain lifestyle practices in your daily routine, the innate ability of your body to heal naturally by itself will take over and start the cleansing and healing process. IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. So how do you start? let’s see what things we should remove from our diet to improve our internal functioning of our body. Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 Meat, fish, eggs and dairy Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake 5 drink a glass or two of ash gourd juice along with banana pith juice every morning and evening. You could take half kg of ash gourd and 6 inches of banana stem and get it cold pressed in a cold pressed juices( if not scraping and then squeezing through a cloth may also do) and drink the combined juice And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of health but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. What else can you do? 1 Take a spinal bath every morning. Followed by a cold wrap around the stomach. 2 You may take a hip bath every night just before bed. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your over all health. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

What is the natural way to treat knee instability in diabetic patients?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
05:45 AM | 07-06-2019
Namaste The knee instability is due to excess of wear and tear. This happens when the body is loaded with toxins due to lowered vitality. Rest to relieve yourself from pain. Do guided yoga to strengthen your knees. Physical activity should be happening regularly. Don’t go into complete rest mode. Rest only when tired or in pain. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Start your day with juicy seasonal and local fresh fruits. Start as late in the morning as possible. Consume around 50% of fruits 35% of veggies 10 % of grains or sprouts and 5 % of nuts. Finish your last meal before the sun sets. Don’t eat if you are not hungry and never over eat . Try to be on raw food atleast 80%. 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Slowly with time new tissues will build up and strengthen your knees. Last but not the least you may try hot and cold fomentation on the knees to relieve pain. Be healthy be happy always Swati Dhariwal Kayakalp

Journalling is a very good choice to make in this case since it is going to be tough in the beginning. Make a list of things you really really want to do in life.. ex: playing with your children, being happy and healthy even in your old age, being able to garden, hike etc.. basically what are your life goals and is your current habit supporting that? Go through it every night and morning during bed time. The person also needs to heal his gut by following healthy eating habits and lifestyle practices. A healthy gut will have no cravings for such kinds of habits.
I want to lose my weight!!
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
04:39 PM | 30-04-2019
Losing weight is a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle. You don’t need to aim on losing weight. Instead just incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine. 1 Go out in the fresh air and sun light. Either do yoga or play a sport. 2 Eat healthy. Whole foods. Living foods are the best like fresh fruits and vegetables. 3 Eat only if you are genuinely hungry. Don’t eat if you are craving a food for its taste alone. Don’t eat when you crave food in an emotionally disturbed state of mind. It’s better to just drink a glass of water in such situations and observe your self to see if you are truely hungry. 4 Don’t ever over eat. Even if it means that you may have to waste food. Don’t waste it. Try to decompose it for your garden or plants. 5 Stay well hydrated. As it will help the food in your body move easily. It will help in metabolism too. 6 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Empty your bowels everyday, more than once if possible. The more you eliminate your body will function better. 7 Rest well. A decent amount of sleep at the right hours of the night is a must. Going to bed late and sleeping into the middle of the day disturbs the body’s rhythm. The bodily rhythm works best synchronisation with the sun. 8 Be happy. Make happiness your priority. No matter what. Happiness and peace of mind help our body to function at its best. Wish you all the best. And hope you enjoy great health and vigour soon.

I have vitiligo (an auto immune disorder) since 17 years on my feet knees and elbow. I tried allopathy but it didn’t work on a long term. I get new spots after every one year and I feel stressed and low self-esteem. How do I cure or control it naturally by staying at home?
Ashlekha Sharma
09:16 PM | 27-04-2024
Hi Vidhi Patel, Vitiligo is a complex skin condition which takes years to develop. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes but when the system is congested with excess toxic load due to metabolic activity & unhealthy diet & lifestyle habits, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe conditions such as vitiligo. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines that can help: 1. avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt 2. Add lots nourishing foods like raw vegetables, fruits, greens, nuts and seeds. 3. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. 4. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 5. Have sunlight as it strengthens and tones the skin. 6. Give a break to your body by fasting once in a week. 7. Use a wet pack on your abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. Buy here. You can also explore our Correct AutoImmune Diseases Naturally program that can help you in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into your routine in a comprehensive way and give you an action plan. She/he will guide you to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. How to cure dermatographia and spontaneous urticaria?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
11:58 AM | 23-11-2021
Hello Hamna Riaz, Urticaria is caused by pollution, toxic diet, and also the stressors which we get exposed to in our day-to-day living. With the above food mentioned can be the cause for some people, the basic cause remains the same which is of chronic food habits which cause the problems. So, the main thing here on which we have to give our complete attention to is changing our lifestyle with inclusions and exclusion of few things in our daily routine will help us in treating the problem, which is primarily through diet. So here are four things to deal with: Eat: Citric helps in treating skin disorders effectively. We have so many sources like sprouts, sweet potatoes, capsicum, papaya which, when included in your regular diet, will help in treating the issue. Apple and carrot juice are very beneficial in treating the disease. One apple and one carrot blend them in water and make a thin consistency. This mixture should be helpful. Another thing that helps in treating skin disease is the application of aloe vera gel and coconut oil. After bathing during night time, you can apply aloe vera gel and coconut oil. Avoid milk and milk products as they can aggravate your state. Exercise: Exercising helps in treating any diseases as because of exercise, our blood is circulated well, and our body parts become healthier. A brisk walk in the morning in the sun helps in treating the issue. Sun helps in treating all the diseases at the same time, builds our immunity. Sun exposure is significant to have a healthy life.A 30-minute walk in the early morning sun is helpful. Meditation: Meditation helps in treating any problem, which has stress as the cause. Mindful meditation is healthy; music therapy of 15 minutes is required to have a comfortable and fresh mood. Doing it before sleep will help in getting a sound sleep. Sleep: Adequate sleep helps in treating the problem; sleep helps in rejuvenating our cells and will help in building up our immunity. Our sleep cycle compromises of 90 minutes. This cycle should be repeated five times that 7-8 hours of sleep is essential to have a better life. Hopefully, this will surely help you treating hives. Thank you
