Maintain regular food timing and take dinner early in evening. Take light and low calorie diet and eat fresh fruit and vegetables. Avoid animal products like milk,dairy and meat. Drink more water,juices. Try fasting one day in a week. Do physical exercise daily. Yoga,suryanamsakar, pranayam are useful. Thanks.

Hello, Atrial septal defect is commonly known as ASD. It is a congenital birth defect. In simple terms it is a hole in the wall between the two upper chambers of your heart. It should not be taken lightly as this condition can be life threatening. In these cases the blood mixes with deoxygenated blood and it is pumped to the lungs, even though it's already refreshed with oxygen.If the atrial septal defect is large, this extra blood volume can overfill the lungs and overwork the right side of the heart. Small hole cannot be detected until some major issues are caused but large hole can be life threatening one must consider a cardiologist. Healthy lifestyle can maintain a good life span. Good morning Is she an active baby? Does she sleep well? Give her banana smoothie as breakfast and as an evening snack, add soaked raisins and dates into it. Also, try and make fruits her first choice. There are many smoothie recipes on wellcure you can try one at a time and see her bend and give it to her daily. In lunch give her rice/ daal, rice/veggie etc. You can also make mix vegetable parantha in Rajgiri flour or rice flour. Evening give her nuts or but milk, or roasted makhana. You can also make tasty ladoos for her with chana/ jaggery, makhana/jaggery for this check the recipe section. Do not give her the diary pls if possible. No packaged stuff. No sweets. Modest amounts of Vitamin D can be found in alfalfa and mushrooms, as well as Vitamin D-fortified foods such as some milks and cereals. However, the vast majority of your Vitamin D comes from sunlight exposure. Just 15 minutes a day out in the sun (on average) can ensure you get enough Vitamin D.

It seems to be excitement be at calm when talking. Always remember that sex is mental subject so when mind is exited by talking sex hormone is released from pituitary and prostate simultaneously. So there is no worry but it may lead you to short time erection and then anxiety leading to tensions related to sexual enjoyment. It is better to have distance between thought and excitement at the physical level. Be calm and talkative instead of excited. Excitement can be shown in physical presence. So try to understand the difference in seeing a movie and playing a movie scene. Actor only acts, they really don't fall in the scene. Think and act, not fall in excitement.
