Hi. My vitamin D is 10. 21 (sufficiency is 30-100 ng/ml) and Vitamin B 12 is 170 (normal is 211-911 pg/ml) Is it possible to increase them without intake of supplements? Also, I live in a place where I don't have access to sunshine during morning, so I try to take sun exposure at office. Is this deficiency correlated to bleeding gums?

Hi, Constipation refers to a disturbance in bowel habits, but has varied meanings. Constipation is defined as having fewer than three bowel movements weekly and/or having hard, dry stools that cause pain or straining. There are many factors that contribute to or cause constipation. The most common causes are: Eating a diet too low in fiber Eating too few calories Not drinking enough fluids A low physical activity level Due to medications Behavior changes: It is best to establish a regular pattern of bowel movement. Persons having normal bowel pattern usually defecate at approximately the same time every day. Since the bowels are most active after awakening and after meals, the most optimal time for a bowel movement is usually within the first two hours after waking and after breakfast. Don’t ignore the signal to defecate. Diet: Fiber increases stool bulk, which helps stools move through the colon. The recommended amount of fibre is 20 to 35 grams daily. Fresh Fruits, green and green leafy vegetables and cereals are an excellent source of fiber. Citrus fruits, prunes, fig and prune juice are especially helpful. Bloating and flatulence is a common problem with increased fiber so it is best to start slowly and increase the amount of fiber gradually. Drinking Lauki juice, beetroot + carrot juice daily in the morning also helps to relieve constipation. Adding ginger in your food also helps to improve your digestion and helps to relieve constipation. Insoluble fibers: Consume more insoluble fibres. Insoluble Fiber is not digested by the body and is excreted as waste. This type of fibre promotes bowel regularity and discourages the development of constipation and other complication like haemorrhoids. Insoluble fibres are present wheat bran, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and skins on vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of liquids: Drink 3-5 litres of water daily, and consume more fruits juices. Fluid helps your body process fibre without any discomfort. Include exercise or physical activity in your daily routine. Physical activity is a natural way to relieve constipation. Get up early in the morning and drink lukewarm water then go for a brisk walk or gentle jogging help your body to get hydrated and help in relieving constipation. Avoid Tea, coffee and other carbonated, packed/canned drinks. Avoid spicy, oily fried food items. Avoid milk and milk products. Avoid polished rice, sugar and maida. Drinking cinnamon water 30 minutes before going to bed also helps to relieve constipation. Consume overnight soaked figs/raisins daily. Include more raw vegetable salads and sprouts in your diet. Avoid non-vegetarian food items. Practice regular Yogasana: Aanas like pawanamuktasana, naukasana, matsyasana, vajarasana, vakrasana, and ardhamatsyendrasana. Let me give you an example of a pregnant mom who feels nauseous sometimes in her early trimesters and some moms don’t. We sometimes feel nauseous when we have a bad stomach too in a nutshell, the health of your gut is the reason you are nauseous. Your body is sending signals to the brain to make sure you don’t eat any food as the condition of the gut is already in a bad state. So it gives you an uneasy feeling to make you avoid something that will harm the body. It’s a defence mechanism of the body - say your microbiome .. behaviours sre unique to every human. So firstly get off all animal foods like dairy meat eggs fish. Next get off maida wheat sugar refined oils outside foods as much as possible. Start your morning with a 350-400 ml of pure cucumber juice. Next have a juice made with Palak mint coriander ginger lime and ashgourd filtered. Next have a big bowl of fruits for lunch. Namaste If you are having stomach aches it means it is not happy with what ever you are consuming. What ever the type of diet and what ever the purpose of your diet may be - the food that is best for your body has to be food which is full of life. The least it is processed the more the body will be happy to receive it. Why do we eat? It is basically to provide ourselves of energy. And we also get energy through other sources too which are equally important for our day to day well-being. The other sources of energy are the sun, fresh air, water through fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, and grounding. So see to it that you get enough exposure to all these sources too. The ideal food for our body would be fresh, seasonal, locally grown fruits and vegetables,. Grains and nuts too in a smaller quantity. The body is happy to start its first meal of the day as late in the morning as possible after it has finished its daily cleansing process. And the first meal would be any seasonal sweet juicy fruit. The minute you have it your body will feel happy and hydrated. Just listen to your body. See how it feels after each meal or food you have consumed. You may have your last meal before sunset and that could be a large bowl of salad with lots of vegetables, greens and some sprouts. This way your body will have ample time to process all that you have consumed and assimilate it and remove the waste too in time. As for the whey protein ... it is man made not god made. And it is devoid of life. So it is not ideal for human consumption. Nature has provided us with all that we need in beautiful and colourful packages in forms of fruits and vegetables. They are well equipped to provide you with all the necessary nutrients your body will need. Just a small test to see what is human specific food- keep a bowl of whey protein in front of you. When the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach and before coming into the colon. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydro chloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and and ineffective weak bile, the food does not to get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them . Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs. To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well. However our bodies are capable of manufacturing some b12 but not all of it. Some of the beneficial bacteria can be found on top of fresh natural produce grown without any chemicals if consumed after just a brief rinse and not thoroughly washing. As I also have sensitive teeth ,and believe me I tried everything but nothing helped effectively. But you can still take some steps such as: Try avoiding excess hot and cold beverages for some days. I switched to sensodyne but my sensitivity worsened more so don't use sensodyne on a regular basis ,you can use that toothpaste once a week. Use vicco toothpaste,it is natural ,I tried and it did wonders after few months. Make sure you maintain appropriate amount of calcium in your diet by adding more minerals enriched food. You can also brush your teeth with a pinch of salt and mustard oil with your fingers once a week. Hope this helps for you . Stay healthy.

हेलो, कारण - मुहांसों के वजह से होनेे वाले दाग धब्बे सेे छुटकारा पाने के लिए त्वचा के स्वास्थ्यथ्य ठीक करना आवश्यक है। स्वस्थ त्वचा नमी को बनाए रखने में मदद करती है उस की कमी से त्वचा की सुरक्षा प्रदान करने की योग्यता में कमी आ जाती है। त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें। समाधान - 1. खीरा एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। 2. त्वचा को गुलाब जल बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें। नींबू और शहद का पेस्ट दाग धब्बों को साफ करने में बहुत ही जल्दी मदद करता है। 3. प्रतिदिन 200ml सफेद पेठे का जूस पिए। 4. प्रतिदिन दौड़ना आवश्यक है एक से डेढ़ किलोमीटर प्रतिदिन दौड़े इससे रक्त की शुद्धि होती है। 5. बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 6. आसन प्राणायाम से पूर्ण स्वास्थ्य मिलता है इसलिए अपने दिनचर्या में आधे घंटे के लिए आसन और प्राणायाम करें 7. सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 8. सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ash guard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100 ml पानी मिला कर लें। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। 9.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 10. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Fruit is actually the most important food to eat when healing from disease; and yet many people are avoiding it intentionally because they have fallen prey to fruit fear propaganda, unaware that they are hurting their health by avoiding fruit. We have access to fruits today than ever before however despite that we are avoiding fruits. This is due to hidden agendas and misinformation that have warned us to stay away from fruit because of the sugar content, the misleading and inaccurate tests that tell some they are fructose intolerant, and the heavy focus on trendy high-fat diets that are claimed to be healthy. Despite how much false information is spread, people are suffering from more chronic illness today than ever before. More and more people are going to their doctors than before with known and unknown symptoms. Over the past several years, fruit has been blamed for this rise in illness and symptoms. However, people are eating less fruit and getting more sick on the contrary. If fruit is going to be advertised as the truth that heals, no one can make money from it. Once people heal naturally, there is no going back to the doctors.
